A tracker for the GLP-1 weight-loss routine
GlucoPal is not a blood-glucose tracker, a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) app, or a Type 1 diabetes management app. It does not measure blood glucose or connect to CGM sensors. Other products with similar names are separate from this GlucoPal app.
See your routine over time
- Start without an account. Open GlucoPal and set up your tracking without creating a login.
- Side effects on your dose timeline. Keep a record of how you feel alongside the doses you log, so you can bring that history to appointments.
- Progress photos and before/after comparisons. Look back through your saved photo timeline and compare two photos side by side.
- Estimated medication levels. Explore an educational model based on your logged doses. These are estimates, not measured blood levels or instructions to change treatment. How the estimates work.
- Doctor-ready PDF reports with Pro. Share organized dose, side-effect, and weight history with your clinician. A sample report is available in the app before upgrading.
Your health information is personal
No account is required, and we do not sell your health data or use it for advertising. Our privacy policy explains iCloud sync, optional meal-photo analysis, and data sharing.
