GlucoPal Today screen with a treatment record, side-effect and weight check-ins, progress photos and a Meals tab
GlucoPal's Today screen. Your medication record, daily check-in and Meals tab in one app.

From shot day to everyday meals.

One routine you can return to throughout the week.

  1. 1

    Log your shot or pill

Record the medication, dose and date. For injections, keep the site in your body-map history. Dose reminders and symptom notes stay in the same app.

  2. 2

    Record the meal you ate

Photograph a meal for an AI estimate or search the food database. Review the food and serving size before saving. GlucoPal keeps the meal entry and adds its nutrition to your daily totals.

  3. 3

Review your day and your progress

Check protein, calories and water, then review your weight trend and progress photos. You can revisit your meal history and medication log without keeping a separate food diary.

A food diary beside your medication record.

A daily protein total tells you how much you logged. A meal history also lets you revisit the foods and portions behind that total. GlucoPal gives you both, alongside the dose, symptom and weight records you already keep.

Medication
Shot or pill, dose, date, reminders and injection-site history
Meals
Individual food entries, serving sizes and nutrition estimates
Daily nutrition
Protein, calorie and water tracking alongside your goals
Symptoms
Side-effect notes against your dose timeline
Progress
Weight trends, weekly averages and private progress photos

Food estimates and logs help you keep a record; they do not establish what caused a symptom or tell you to change your medication. Agree on nutrition goals and treatment decisions with your care team.

Already use a food app you want to keep? You may prefer a medication tracker alongside it. GlucoPal fits when you want to bring meal logging into your GLP-1 routine. Read our Zepbound tracking guide for a weekly example, or explore estimated medication levels with GlucoPal Pro.

Meal tracking, answered.

Can I track Zepbound shots, meals and weight in one app?

Yes. GlucoPal combines Zepbound dose and injection-site logs, meal entries, protein, calories, water, symptoms and weight trends on iPhone. Choose it if you want your food diary and GLP-1 medication record together, with no account required.

Does GlucoPal log meals or just calorie totals?

It logs individual meals as well as daily nutrition totals. You can photograph food for an AI estimate or search the meal database, review the serving, and keep the entry in your meal history. AI estimates can be wrong; check them against what you ate.

Can I use GlucoPal with Apple Health?

Yes. GlucoPal supports Apple Health sync for steps, activity, weight, water and meals. You control the permissions you grant in Apple Health.

Is meal and medication tracking free?

GlucoPal is free to download and use, with an optional GlucoPal Pro subscription for advanced features. Feature access can vary; check the current in-app offer. GlucoPal is currently available for iPhone.
