We screened 1,244 written reviews across five apps and read all 40 reviews explicitly naming Zepbound. Here are the findings and the review records behind our comparison.
GlucoPal’s most specific Zepbound-related reviews describe keeping shots, food, water and weight together, remembering injection sites, and having organized records available at appointments. Five reviews describe concrete tracking tasks. These experiences support the medication-and-meal workflow behind our iPhone recommendation.
Of GlucoPal’s ten exact matches, eight describe positive, relevant experiences. One reviewer discusses Mounjaro and one has just downloaded the app; neither is counted as evidence of a successful Zepbound tracking experience.
Shotsy reviews describe reminders, site history and charts. MeAgain reviews include positive food-tracking experiences, requests for better controls, and complaints about scan estimates. Glapp’s one match describes dose and site records. Pep had no exact matches in its small sample.
